Trip expenses, split fairly

Come home owing zero.

Log who paid for what, or scan the receipt. Zerowe works out who owes whom in one currency, with the fewest payments to settle up.

Trip total $986.60

3 payments settle everyone, instead of 6 if everyone paid back each other.

Keep it as a real space. No account needed.

How it works

One space per trip. Everyone adds what they paid, and the math stays out of the group chat.

Step 1
Start a space for the trip
Pick a home currency and add who's coming. Anyone without an account joins as a placeholder.
- PideYS$14.00
- Meze plateYSP$22.50
- Ayran x2P$6.00
Step 2
Log costs as they happen
Type an expense in, or scan the receipt and tap who had what. Tax and tip split fairly.
SSamYYou$123.45
PPriyaYYou$58.10
Step 3
Settle up in a few payments
Zerowe combines everyone's debts into the fewest payments. Mark them paid and you're done.

Someone books the cabin, someone covers dinner, someone fills the tank. Zerowe keeps up.

Any currency
Log costs in whatever you paid with. Balances show in one home currency, at rates you can adjust.
Receipt scanning
Snap the bill and the items are read for you. Assign who had what and tax and tip follow.
Placeholders
Add people who haven't signed up. Hand their spot over when they join and nothing is lost.
Private expenses
Some costs are only between two people. Only those involved see them.
Phone and desktop
Add costs from your phone on the trip, then review everything on a bigger screen.
Lock it when done
Once everyone's square, lock the space so the numbers stay put.

Pro is a one-time upgrade for a space that wants unlimited receipt scans. No subscription.
